Plans are not static. We review and update as life, law, and family change.
An estate plan drafted in 2010 may not fit the family of 2026. Laws change. Children grow. Assets shift. Businesses evolve. A plan that was once perfectly suited to a situation may quietly become outdated.
We treat the plan as a living thing — something to be revisited periodically, and updated when needed.
What this phase involves
- Periodic review of existing plans
- Updates triggered by life events (marriage, birth, death, relocation)
- Updates triggered by changes in tax law
- Assistance with trustee and fiduciary questions
- Support during incapacity or after death
Many of our clients have worked with us across decades. The plan evolves as they do.
