Draft
We prepare documents with precision — and explain every provision in plain language.
Drafting is the technical heart of the work. Every provision matters. A phrase that seems boilerplate may carry important consequences twenty years later. We draft with that in mind.
But drafting is not only about precision. It is also about communication. A document the client does not understand is a document that may not reflect what they actually want.
What this phase involves
- Preparation of all necessary documents
- Detailed review with the client, line by line
- Explanation of every material provision
- Revisions as the client's understanding deepens
- Execution and witnessing
- Funding and asset transfer where applicable
We do not rush this phase. It is better to spend extra time here than to discover a problem later, when it cannot be corrected.
